The project featured is a large addition
to a relatively small house...
See the original house in the 1920's!

The design added 2 bedrooms,
3 bathrooms, a family room
with Gas log fireplace,
an office, 2nd floor laundry room,
finished basement, 2 car garage
and a circular driveway.

Demolition was completed in 2 phases
to allow the family to continue to
reside in the house.

NOTE: We don't recommend a family
reside in the house during a project
of this size, but the kitchen and existing bathrooms were not being remodeled.

The existing family room was converted into a new dining room.

The old front door was eliminated
and a new window put in its place.

with a Corian top, the toilet,
along with the tile selected by the homeowners.

Other features include a cathedral
ceiling with skylight;
Corian seat and glass block
in the steam unit shower.

Gas log fireplace
with granite surround
in the Family room.



A custom mural
was painted in the
Children's bedroom.

similar at circular driveway.
